Bay cemetery in a poor state

I HAVE just been to my folks’ grave in Forest Hill Cemetery and it is shocking, to say the least, as you see in the photo. The grass has not been cut for ages.

The next time I visit, can I bring my edge trimmer with me at least to cut the grass next to my folks’ grave site? The municipality does not have to pay me to do it. I will do it for free.
